Our standard ID card badge slot punch is all steel construction. Slot size is approx. 9/16" x 1/8" beginning 11/32" from edge of card. This tool is NOT designed for PVC cards. Please see our tool items A-102, A-112LG or 80200 for tools that will punch PVC cards well.
