Hand Held 10mm Radius ( 3/8" ) Mini-Corner Round Cutter

Hand held corner rounding punching tool with 10mm radius. Weighs under 2 ounces & cuts up to approx 1/64" thick (10 mils) paper or laminated paper material. This will not punch PVC cards. It is best suited to not more than 5 mil laminate on both sides of paper.
