Oregon Laminations Company will be noted as "OLC" in policy listed below.
For New Products: OLC typically charges a flat shipping rate to customers which is must less than the actual cost to OLC for shipping. This is reflected in the following return information. All returns must have an assigned Return Authorization Number. This RA number must be requested within 30 days of date of order being shipped OR 14 days after order is received; whichever is the longest time. All returns of stock merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking charge on refunds or 5% restocking charge on exchanges plus the actual shipping cost paid by OLC to get the product to customer, except in the case of defective product, product damaged in shipment, or product received not as ordered. Non-stocked merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge on refunds or 15% restocking charge on exchanges plus the actual shipping cost paid by OLC to get the product to customer. Custom orders cannot be returned, unless a specific return value is agreed upon between buyer and OLC in advance.
The return must reference the RA number on the shipping label. Please do not write on the product boxes. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of merchandise in the same packaging and condition as originally shipped.
Actual shipping charges paid by OLC to deliver products are not refundable unless product was received defective, damaged in shipment, or not shipped as ordered. If merchandise is originally received as defective, damaged, or not as ordered, OLC may choose to email a return label to be used for shipping the product back. OLC must be notified of these issues within 30 days of the order date in order to be eligible for refund/exchange. Returns not meeting these conditions will be returned at buyer's expense.
No returns and/or exchanges will be accepted if merchandise has been used or if original boxes are marked, written on, damaged or have stickers on them, unless a specific return value is agreed upon between buyer and OLC.
Please allow up to 10 days to process refunds from time returns are received. Before replacements and/ or refunds are processed on equipment, returned merchandise must be evaluated by OLC's service department. This evaluation is to determine whether the problem is due to a manufacturing defect or operator abuse. If deemed a manufacturing defect, the return and/ or exchange will be processed. If deemed operator abuse, the customer will be contacted with a service and/ or repair quote.

All used machinery is tested by our technicians to make sure it is operating as per the offer listing states. If a used item arrives D.O.A., shipping damage is highly likely. Customers are responsible for examining all shipments for damage prior to signing delivery copies. Customized item orders cannot be returned, unless a specific return value is agreed upon between buyer and OLC in advance.
For Services: Services are deemed accepted by customer at time of receipt of services rendered. When accepted, no refunds are accepted for services performed by OLC. This includes laminating, mounting, bindery and all other services performed by OLC.
